If you watch the video in its entire release, he is wearing a body harness for safety. He isn't supporting any weight with his arm.

The most obvious miscue is that the other guy is casually watering the plants. Wouldn't he be watching this if it was real.

Totally fake. The guy is known for this kind of “illusions” in Vine and Instagram. In this case, when he is flying you can see some distortions in perspective and mask.
Casey’s on the other hand is real. That is a making off available on youtube
