You should find loads of tutorials on YouTube, if that's any help.

If it's just a one off and needs doing well you might be better have someone do it for you.
Premiere Pro is a steep learning curve but very good when you get the hang of it.
There are so many pitfalls at every stage when you are starting.
However it's worth learning and as above YouTube has basic tutorials should get you going.

As others have suggested, Youtube can be very helpful. As an additional/alternative, you could try the training classes from Lynda.com at adobe premiere - Lynda. They give you a month free. That should be enough time.
