Rear Led goes back n forth between red/green

Notice rear LED goes between red / green despite imu and compass recalibration. Is this normal?

More info please... flying, stationary, during start up.... when? Where are you flying. City or open fields...

So far I noticed it when the unit is on but motors not powered up...At startup ... while flying

Is it blinking in a pattern?... like multiple reds, then yellows or just a straight red>yellow>red>yellow etc? Also what does your GPS count say?... and does it say it is in GPS mode or does it go into ATTI mode when it does this?
