Rear sensors not working

hello all. I am a new pilot and need some advice. Got a drone less than a mounth ago. The drone is a Mavic air 2. Initially the rear obstacle sensors were working, however today used the drone again and rear sensors not working. Front sensor working well and drone stop when moving forward when senses an obstacle, however when moving backwards just keeps going even with an obstacle at the back. Any advise, something I am doing wrong?

I would first verify the obstacle using the very some one that you know the front is identifying. Verify first with your front sensor and take note of the distance, rotate your drone 180 and do the exact same. When doing this also set to tripod mode and go slow and gentle. Also make sure to verify your vision system is working normally with white, forward and aft indications. It might just be the item your drone is identifying, we hope.
