Recalibrate vision sensors

My Mavic Pro Platinum says Downward vision sensors need recalibration with dji Assistant.
So on my Windows 10 laptop I go to dji Downloads site, choose Mavic Pro Assistant2 and install. When I try to run the program and connect the Mavic via a lead the "Assistant" then says "Device not supported go to official dji Website for correct Assistant Download!!! I had just done that very thing. I have tried several downloads with the same result. How can I proceed? Is this calibration necessary?

Hi I think the one you are down loading is for the Mavic 2 pro, this is the one I use for my Mavic Pro DJI Assistant 2- DJI Download Center- DJI

Many thanks for that. I thought that I had exhausted all the possible downloads for Mavic Pro Platinum, but I will have another search. There is certainly a lack of guidance on the Downloads site!

I've just tried again with the same result ""Device not supported" The one I downloaded was DJI Assistant 2 For Mavic 10.8 2019-10-30. It says it is for Mavic Pro! I cannot find anything else that seems suitable!!!
On DJI Assistant 2 For Mavic it says (DJI Assistant 2(Updates discontinued) !

Yes that is the one I put the link to in my first reply to you, glad you have now got it sorted, DJI could make it a bit clearer for sure
