Recommendation for batch conversion of many files from 4k to 2k?

Hi,

can anyone recommend a free- or shareware software which can batch converse many files in a folder from 4k to 2k?
I'm on a PC.

I know that one can convert them one by one manualy in Resolve and the other editing packages.

I haven't tried this with anything 4k yet, but perhaps take a look at this freeware (also comes in a portable version for usb drives). You can do a little bit of editing with it as well.

Actually revisted this.

"Any Video Converter" produces not very good results in terms of image quality.

Better use DaVinci, import all clips of same resolution and framespeed into one project and export/rerender them as individual clips in the required resolution.

Works nice and produces better results.

They may have fixed this by now, but once upon a time I tried the trial version of Adobe Premiere which came with media converter. When the trial of Premier expired media converter continue to work
