Set your cache limit higher.

I tried that, it won’t go above 2gb.

Sure it will, unless you're out of space on your device. Everything needs to be connected for changes to stick, but I have mine set to 4 GB.

Weird. I’ve never been able to adjust it to bigger than 2gb. I have over 150gb available (I have the 256gb iPhone 7)
