Red tint in centre of videos...any ideas?

Has anyone come across a red/pinkish tint in the centre of their videos? If so can you tell me what you did to rectify the issue?

Possibly sensor damage from pointing it at sun or a laser??

I've always used filters and i know its not Lazers because ive had it from new and not been near any.
