Registration confusion

Excuse me if this question has been asked already.

I have confusion about drone registration. I’m wanting to buy a new DJI Mini 4 Pro with the plus batteries thus putting it over the 250 gram weight. So is registration tied to needing to take the part 107 certification?

I have the TRUST certificate in hand and plan to be flying 100% recreational use only, so I am aware I need to register the over 250 gram drone but am I also required to do the 107 certification bit also?

The weight alone would not require that. Complete this questionaire to figure out if you'll need to operate under Part 107.

As I understand it a DJI mini 4 pro with the plus batteries qualifies as over the 250 gram mark. I haven’t made a purchase yet as I would really like to get my facts straight before doing so.
