Remote Control not visible via DJI Assistant using MacBook Pro

I was able to upgrade firmware of my brand new Mavic with no issue to latest version as of 2/14 using DJI Assistant on my mac. Tried doing the same with the RC, no luck. The RC starts charging and the DJIA doesn't recognize the connection. I also tried updating via phone and no luck. My RC just says "Connecting" any ideas ???? Much appreciated!

Thanks man! I ended up returning my original drone and getting another one from DJI. My 2nd one is working flawlessly. Cheers!
