Remote controller connection error code

Hi all. I hope someone can help me out. I just received a "remote controller connection error" code on the DJI go4 app. I have never seen this before. Can one of my fellow "Propeller Heads" help me out please.

Perhaps re-bind the RC to the AC?
Can you tell by context if it is referring to AC/RC connection or RC/app connection?

I re-binded the RC to remote control. Still got the same error code. I called the local DJI dealer and they have never heard of that code and they wanted me to bring it in to see why it was throwing that code also.

i get that when I mess up and hit the cable on the rc. but usually it's just an unplug to fix it..

Try a different cable first, also try using the bottom port if you're not already using it.
