Remote Mavic 2 Zoom no sound

in this week the sound of the remote on my zoom 2 mvic does not sound, does anyone experience it? what is it caused? please help

Hi bro,

never falls and others, suddenly there is no sound. sometimes the voice appears

Do you mean sound or voice? I dont think the controller has a voice. It might be your device.

usually when on off the beeps and our sounds are hit on the remote control right? now my remote can't be like that even though it never crashes or gets water

The remote does beep some. On power up, power down, RTH, a few others.
The rest comes from the app on your mobile device. The voice "Home point has been updated, please check it on the map" for example is from the app.

As above, make sure you device is not in silent mode and turn up the volume.

i think this issue from firmware remote controller,sometimes have a sound& sometime gone make me confused
