Best dust solution is no dust. Use a pad of some kind for separation.
Dust and dirt is probably the worst external component in the flying camera world.

Mat solution. Easily carried wherever I travel by car.
1/2 inch thick works well.
I tend not to add extra pieces to anything that flys if there are other options. There are many folks that don’t follow that line of thinking.
