RTH Question

I have a question.
If I am on the top of a ridge or hill, and as I fly my mavic away from me down the slope, below my level, 200 feet or so, the altitude will show as ( -200) feet correct?
My RTH height is set to 150 feet.
When I hit the RTH button, will the mavic rise 150 feet from it's current altitude ( which is now 50 below my take-off altitude, or rise 150 feet from take-off altitude?

That's correct.

The Mavic will ascend up to 0 feet and then up another 150 feet before returning to the home point.
