i am using the RC Pro too,, I am not seeing anything about 1.5.9? mine says up to date 1.5.8

It will prompt on the screen. Also you can go to the DJI website to download the APK, the download says 1.5.8 but when you actually download the file, will download the 1.5.9.

Yes. It just says, fix several bugs.

Also somebody that contacted DJI says

Spoke to DJI. This update is a BETA version for addressing some incompatible phone issues. No other "bugs" fixed to do with AC or controller. That is why it isn't coming up on Fly initially.
