The change in magnetic environment between sitting on the concrete and being airborne. If the orientation shown on the Fly app does not match the actual direction when sitting on the ground there is very likely magnetic interference caused by re-rod, buried electrical cables, or conduit. This condition can possibly cause an unexpected change in flight direction and speed with sometimes disastrous results.
