Greetings.

I have need to power a BS30 battery station from a vehicle-mounted inverter. The one I have currently causes the BS30 to buzz when powered on. I believe this is because my inverter a cheaper 'modified-wave' output model.

I'm looking for anyone who has used a BS30 off a pure sine-wave inverter to report back if it works without buzzing?

Cheers.

Not used a BS30 B/stat. but I can confirm you need pure sine wave Genny/inverter output for delicate electronics. The buzzing is coming from the transformer which isn't reacting well to the modified sine wave output.
