safe fly zone database update - stalls

I have had this issue before, but now again - the "go" app says to update the safe fly zone database, and so I start it, it *slowly* downloads it, till about 50%, and then hangs - offering to retry.
Retry similar, painfully slow and then hangs.
Any reasons or ideas? I have good internet, and a good connection.
Any work-arounds? Download to PC, update from there?

I get the same on occasions. Use DJI Assistant on a computer to upgrade your drone and controller separately. You can find it in the Downloads section of your particular Mavic drone.
