I'm from Regina! I just flew my Mavic yesterday for the first winter flight! no problems, except for almost hitting some trees lol

I have no idea about drone laws there either. Sounds like a nice place to be, from what I've heard we are in for a 'classic' Saskatchewan winter this year... lots of snow and cold.
