I had an issue the last time I flew where I had set the files to save in both formats, and although the images were saved in jpg format, there were no RAWs. I then selected each format by itself before capturing certain images, and I was able to save both formats, but this required taking two pics, and since there were moving objects in each, they were each slightly different.

Is this a known problem?

Is the SD card fast enough? I haven't heard of that problem.
It needs a class 10, UHS-1 Speed Grade 3 or better. Writing both files may be maxing out the write speed. Just a shot in the dark....

I wondered about that, and I have several SD cards that meet or exceed that specification...I think. The one that I used during that session is depicted below, and I think it's the card that DJI included with my P4.

I'll have to give it another go with one of the other cards, and even the onboard storage to fully figure this out.

That card should work. I have seen problems with certain brand cards. Have you tried formatting it?
Thats a good idea trying the internal memory. It is capable of both. If that dosen't work then there must be a problem.
