Screen tear

I noticed the 1080p 60fps video in Mavic mini is not exactly 60fps. Instead it's 59.94fps. The result is, whenever I posted the video in Facebook or Youtube, there's a screen tear in the video. Is there a way to push the fps even closer to 60?

I have never seen a screen tear , can you post a video of that ?
