Screw loose?

Ok, howdy all, I asked a friend who also has a Mavic this question but he never got back to me. Anyways, the little screw that is in the center of the camera under the plate that your gimble lock slides on is not sitting flush as seen in the photo below. I have no idea on how to even get to it, and is this a groundable offense, or just a diagonal in the log book (I was a Apache crew chief in the Army hence my username lol). Thanks

If there was a better way to answer all possible questions, then it would have already been done. This is just how forums work (everywhere).
