I have problem and I had it for long time
Basically
When ever I try to record a 4k video
I put the SD card from my phone to my mavic pro
Today I test record to see if the problem was still there
And it is
When I take it out my drone and put it into my phone
The video is there but it currupted always
No thumbnail loads and the video cannot be played
The only thing I can do is take 4k photos
I have a sandisk

I have a sandisk
Without knowing the specific one you have, may be difficult to determine if that piece of the puzzle is the culprit.
There are several to chose from last time I looked.
A picture is worth a thousand words?

A common issue with this occuring is when you forget to stop video recording. Most times it will corrupt the video and one way of fixing it is to restart the drone with the card in and restart then stop a video recording. Just always remember when you record a video with the drone to always end the recording before shutting it down.

The picture really doesn’t show well enough to determine what it‘s specs would be. It looks to be an older card. The A1 is a partial clue.
I’m certainly not the expert, but here’s some reading material.

The speed on the card is 10

Always format the card in the drone after every use (after u downloaded the contents!!). Just deleting will eventually lead to problems. Formatting in the computer rather than the drone may also cause problems.

If you're putting the SD card in your phone, that could be your problem. Most phones don't haver the performance to deal with high resolution video.

Might need Scandisk run on it.
