sea water spots on lens

Hi guys. Last weekend I got some footage along italian coastline. It was a bit windy, so some micro sea water droplets went on the mavic lens.

Now, I'm wondering how can I clean it? I didn't use a fiber o lens pen because I don't want to have a worse situation. I think I'd need some liquid clean...or not?

Any help would be appreciated

I'd use some wet cotton swabs to first dissolve the salt remains and then wipe it off

Just some fresh water will do.
