Second hand MA - is flight log data held on aircraft or controller?

Hi, am I able to download historical flight records from a second hand MA? How do you go about doing it if it’s possible? Many thanks

You won't be able to view the flight logs on the aircraft since they are encrypted. Unless you have the mobile device the original owner was using, you won't have any other flight logs to review.
