Sent mavic in for gimbal repair but they've had it for 45days without returning it

They say to me that they can't tell me when they'll send me a new one ??? A new one ?? China hasn't gotten back to them ?? But I have an email saying it's been fixed An tested but no shipping info ???? Weird An very unprofessional
