That was the problem as I mentioned above. Mine kept saying NA when I went to that about screen for the Flight Controller SN. But what is even more strange. After trying this several times this afternoon. I just tried it again, and now the SN is listed. Go figure, I just needed to ask the question so it would make me look dumb. At least now I've recorded it down so I'll have it in the future.

Use Airdata. When done with your flight sync it and the serial number will be there in the flight records
