Server issue

I purchased a 2 pro in 2020 with the smart controller. My issue is when i check for updates on the controller i get “ cannot connect to server” this has been going on for a while. I never had this before. I have a solid wifi connection.

When I update at home I know I have brilliant Wi-Fi but tried to update in the field as I use my phone as a hotspot and was getting check Wi-Fi connections , I gave up and tried at home only for the same thing then I found that after the last update the Wi-Fi switch in my controller somehow got itself switched off, hope that helps , cheers Len

THANKS, BUT MY WIFI IS ON AND ACTIVE MAYBE I CAN HOOK UP THE CONTROLLER TO THE COMPUTER AND SEE IF THAT WORKS?

problem solved. I needed to sign in on the DJI go app before it would check for an update. Although I had a wifi connection it would do nothing because it did not know who I was.
