Settings saved...........?

This is one of those “I wonder if?” questions......... hope I get it right
Lets say that I set up my drone and all the camera /gimble settings one my Ipad. I assume I’m just using the Ipad/DJI app only to enter the info into the drone’s software.
With that said.......... can I then use my cellphone or my son’s tablet to fly the drone with all of the settings saved and safe to fly ?

You don't mention what you are flying, but the settings are saved on the MP. That way things like RTH will work if your phone/tablet/RC become disconnected.

Mav2pro....... sooooooo if my origional ipad is stolen or lost, I should be able to get another, load DJI GO4 and “Roll like the Tide”

No. You check your settings just like you should after any Go 4 update. Some settings may have changed to the default.

I was referring to the critical flying settings, like RTH, max height, etc. I think some camera settings are saved in Go 4 but I have not tested.

Time for some R&D this week...... love this thing. Wish I had it in VietNam

You didn't specify, and OP included gimbal and other settings.
