There are things that we can only appreciate from above. It makes one wonder why someone would create such mounds and for whose viewing pleasure? These mounds are located maybe thirty miles west of Madison, WI and are probably >500 years old. I've been wanting to capture various Native American mounds in the area for some time and spring is a nice time to get out there while tree cover is reduced and grasses are low. Enjoy!
