Tried to stabilize it with Premiere Pro's wrop stabilizer, the result is worse. Note the tilting of the horizon near the end of the footage :

May I know how a smooth hyperlapse can be produced ?

It's possible that the day was windy, and structures such as bridge and buildings produce random air currents. I'd be inclined to go and try it again on a really still day.

The warp stabiliser in PP works well, but sometimes you might need to try different settings to get the results you like best.
