how do these skins affect the visibility of the drone when flying at the limit? i'm guessing that the brighter coolers do well against a blue or gray sky. thoughts?

Don’t see much difference at 200 feet away. However, for finding the drone hung in a tree or Dow in a field of tall grass the bright yellow and orange are my preferences
I will admit that my favorite all time is the Wrapgrade Coloration-X

This is why I'll go as far as olive drab knowing I may have a hard time finding it in the bushes. How much more with camouflage.

i have been looking at the solar storm skin. though it's a little bright for my taste (the valkyrie skin looked sweet!), the benefits of seeing it against a green backdrop probably outweigh the aesthetics of it.

I went with a Neon Yellow skin for my Mavic Pro. Got another one on order for my Mavic 2 Pro. I flew both of them Saturday during the Texas Water Safari canoe race at my ham radio checkpoint. Very easy to spot the Mavic Pro in.the neon yellow, but much harder, even closer in, to spot a non-moving Mavic 2 Pro in the OEM Grey coloration.

I also went with the most unnatural pattern possible without being an obnoxious color just in case I ever have to hunt it down on the ground. Has that classic 80’s Vans look.

So I finally caved in and got the solar storm skin from DecalGrl. To break up the orange, I decided not to use the entire set.
