The weighted pads are great! I noticed that your's folded in a square. Autel sent a 3 ft weighted pad with the Evo Lite + I bought recently. However, I had one heck of a time folding it back up and putting back in its case lol. Unlike yours it is round and folds into itself

I have a foldable round launch pad and I tied three fishing weights (three ounces each) to it and it works great. When I pull it out of the case, I just let it unfold and drop it and it stays where it landed even in 15mph wind.

I bought one of these folding weighted pads and had a lot of trouble re-folding it every time.I no longer use it
