The term your looking for is "Rates" You want to lower your rates across the board to make your shots look less twitchy and more cinematic. Yaw rate is important, but don't forget to slow your gimbal down as well.

You can also try Tripod Mode, which slows these down for you some

Tripod mode will be the slowest yaw, but also the slowest everything.

Okay, I watched one and do want to smooth out gimbal movements. But in the video I watched, it had THREE configurations? Which one is controlling or how do you select one versus another?
