Small circular Enhance Warning Zones

What are these Enhance/Warning Zones on Cape Cod in the Hyannis and Barnstable areas?



Two of the EWZ are near the approach/departing areas of Otis Air NGB, but other runways do not have these. I also thought they might be for sea-planes, but the areas are not centered on water and more over neighborhoods. Then I thought, maybe these rich folks requested and received the most they could from the FAA, which was not a restricted zone, but just warning zones for us nefarious pilots. I see these a lot, but most are Warning and not Enhanced like a two of these.

Never rely on the DJI GEO Map to keep you out of trouble. It shows places you can't fly that you can, and even worse, shows places you can fly where you're not allowed to.
