Smart Controller Charging lights?

Just got my SC in the mail. Plugged it up to the dedicated wall charger over almost 2 hours ago. Charging/battery level lights running up to 4. Do they turn off when fully charged? And is it normal to take 2+ hours to charge this thing!?

The battery normally takes about 2 hours to charge. All of the lights will shut off when the battery is fully charged.

The supplied charger is really the best one to use. Any thing other than that, is pretty slow.

If it's even too slow, meaning not enough power, it will refuse to load by the way.
So best to use the supplied charger.
