Smart controller orientation

So I have an issue with my smart controller Being off by 90° of what my Mavick is sitting. I’m standing directly behind my aircraft the icon shows it 90° to the left. Is there anyway to fix this and yes I’ve already calibrated my controller got a second new smart controller with the same issue

When I googled the problem online and went to YouTube it seems to be a widespread problem

For me the radar on every combination of drone, controller, tablet or Smart Controller is off to some degree ?

When I fly my Mavic with the normal controller everything is perfect. It’s only issue with the smart controller

I use the SC but assume this procedure should work for standard controller:

1. Start controller and drone
2. When you get to main DJI GO screen if directional arrow not aligned
3. Back SC (connected phone if not SC) to Settings
4. Scroll down to Compass and do the 2 second calibration as per the diagram. This is not the DJI GO compass calibration
5. Go back to DJIGO app
6. If arrow is still not aligned, tap the box it is in and it should align
