I just sold my Zoom.
1/Do I need to notify DJI?
2/Notify FAA and or take FAA stickers off?
3/How do I clear the internal storage?
Is there anything else I need to do before I ship it to the new owner?

Take the sticker off
Clear the internal storage on the app.


As far as having to do anything with you app, when they use there own app, they will have to sign in with there own account so your good to go,

I apologize for not having technical smarts. What do I tap on to actually clear the storage?

You will have to remove it off the FAA’s register drone list. Drone Zone website

If your drone was registered , removing the registration number is sufficient, because only your personal information is on file and until the registration expires (3 years), you can simply put the same registration number on a different drone and fly . Saves time and money and frustration.
