Somehow the DJI Go 4 app keeps crashing my iPone 6. It is at 100% battery. The phone shuts down and displays the connect to power screen. After some reboots the phone and battery is fine. What to do?

Actually this time I could not even reboot the phone. I had to plug it in. Now it has restarted and shows 98% battery. Could there be something wrong with te controller USB port?

Ensure that no other apps are running in the background, then test it again. Also, try using a different lightning cable.

Mine also hung uo on the compass calibration page. After downloading the update, it works fine.
