Funny! I can certainly relate.
It gets better at 72, and add a whole list of injuries from fatal but twice revived, dui driver hitting me on my motorcycle and blessed with life.
Sometimes on night trip to restroom I just laugh at myself.

I also have travel alarm. Just wake up and boogy.
