Ok friends, what happened today in my fifth flight with my new Mavic was too scary.
Calm weather and I tried in an open space the active track profile mode. Just perfect and as I press stop to cancel the mode I start to bring the drone near me in order to land. I was 3 meters high and 5 meters away from me when I canceled the active track. The drone was waiting sticks from me to move and suddenly the yaw started to punch left then straight, left the straight, left them straight. I was looking it scary and doing this I tried and managed to land it. What was that? Remote controlller and dji go 4 no warnings at all, gps flight only. Firmware the latest. Can someone explain this? No compass or IMU error. I really scared and I do not know what was this.

You can download the logs from your mobile device. I cannot find the "how to" now , but you can search here in the forum. :)

I exported the file and opened it with csvciew. With new firmware latest dji assistant is not loading the file. I did not find any false or i did not know what to look for. The remote control file can show any info regarding the issue i had? From that time i have not play with my mavic yet.

What file are you referring to?

The .txt can be extracted from the tablet by looking here
DJI Flight Log Viewer

The .DAT is on the Mavic itself (not the tablet or RC). For instructions about extracting the .DAT look here
How to retrieve a V3 .DAT File

Both the .txt and the .DAT can be analyzed using either CsvView or DatCon

Hello Bud Walker,
I opened the Mavic dat file with csvview but lots of analyze tables and i do not know where to look for. I am not familiar with flight logs yet. I wonder if the log file from the go4 is simplier in what analyze. I mean fewer details but more clear.

Post the file for others to look at.

When you're talking of yaw punch do you mean the video feed or the actual aircraft rotating?

As @Kilrah suggested it's best if you provide the .DAT so that others can help you. The Go App .txt file isn't any simpler and the .DAT would be best for this type of incident.

The .DAT is large and can't be directly attached to a post. You can use something like Dropbox or GoogleDrive and then post a link.

Hi Kilrah,
I am talking about the drone, it was like moving the yaw stick very fast left, center left center left center. This happened after i stop active track profile mode and hit the stick in order to bring the drone back to me. The drone was very near me and i saw clear this phenomenon which stoped when i was ready to land it

Bud Walker as soon as i upload it to gdrive i will post the link, guys it was scsry this. I was sure that i will not land it but land was ok.

Bud walker thank you!!!! So i was still in that mode? I remember that when i press stop for active track the drone was stopped following, maybe a delay to exit this mode? Anyway you dont see something to worry about? Today this morning i did a fly, 2 batteries, and everything was fine.

Looks to me like it was still in that mode - wasn't a delay, it just wasn't cancelled. At times the Go App is very confusing, at least to me. Don't see anything to worry about. Have fun.
