This was taken with no filter. For those of you who use filters, do you believe one would have helped in this situation. If so, which one would you have used? Processing was done in Adobe Photoshop Elements. Thanks for the insights!

Nice shot. No camera guy, but with the intensity of the sun, and the darkness of the land, I would have tried a gradient filter. Not sure if it would have produced the results you were after or not tho.
