Sport Mode Gimbal issues?

Has anyone experience a gimbal adjustment by itself while flying the Mavic Air 2 in Sport Mode? Hopefully this issue gets resolved in future firmware updates

Looking at the video done in my crash I can confirm it. (But I would rather have had another way of confirming it. ;D )

Having the camera on the horizon flying away in sport mode tilts the camera down and then when you stop flying and hover the drone the camera will be in the same position. It could mean that it is not the actual angle of the drone flying forward that makes the camera look down? If so there should be no reason that it can not be fixed through firmware?
