Started getting no video feed to phone and says "Aircraft Disconnected" often

It was the cable, tried it with my iPhone charge cable and it worked.

Not even 2 weeks old.

That's the weak link.
The USB port on the bottom is much better.

I had the same problem with my acer tablet , after lots of upgrading and downgrading I decided to buy a good quality usb cable and bingo it worked first time .

Where did you buy your good quality USB cable? I've tried a few different ones and that doesn't seem to fix it. I have to say it seems to be intermittent for me. Sometimes it is fine and other times I can't even get it to work at all. But it does seem to be better if I ignore the popup asking to state what kind of USB connection it is.

I got it off ebay , I looked for the most expensive one I could find and it cost me £6.99
