I have DJI Fly 1.2.0

Very recently my phone stopped caching videos, photos ok, from my Mavic Air 2.

It's set to cache when recording and 2gb cache capacity.

I've tried >profile>settings>clear cache>clear Video Cache, and it sets it to 0MB, but I can still see old cached files

1) If I uninstall the application and re install, can I keep my flight logs?
2) How can I backup my flight logs locally?
3) Why could this happen??

Same happened to me. Also MA2. It was working fine a few weeks ago. Current video cache size is zero. The limit is set to 2GB. There is still space on the phone.

The flight logs are the txt files. I think there's also an index file so if you manually add backed up flight log txt files, the index file might not account for them. Perhaps deleting the index may get rebuilt with the added logs.

But if you have the app set to keep all logs synced (an option in Go4, not sure in Fly), they'll sync back. You can confirm by installing Fly on another device logged into your DJI account. I have my phone, Samsung tablet and iPad all in sync with all flights, regardless which I used for flying.
