You get these all over the stock photo sites, 100% scammers out to con you. More of an annoyance than anything else - ignore and block.

Yeah and I just know its a scam because if they saw my Photos

They surely won't be buying

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
Objectively, do you really think someone wants to buy (not license) your personal drone photos outright for an art project?
Artists are notoriously broke, and have no money to buy anything, let alone photos online that they can just download for free for an art project, which is a non-commercial use.
The photos only need to be licensed, not purchased.
If it was for real, and they had integrity, they would simply ask you for permission to use them for free for their art project! Most wouldn’t bother. They are judgement proof anyway! LOL!
