Can I ask a few questions?
- Have you flown it before? Yes, was flown yesterday
- Has it done this before? Nope never, this is the first
- Any crashes or forget to take off the gimbal lock? No
- Is it making a squealing noise? Not that I can hear
- Are you getting a gimbal overloaded or obstructed error message in DJI Go? Yes to both of those
- Where and when did you buy it and can you return it for a different one? I bought it from RC geeks, Received on the 21st, i have DJI refresh, would it be advisable to sent to dji or try and get a replacement via the retailer?
It has not been crashed, It was flown yesterday with no issues, upon startup today its done thisHe never said he just got it, just said he turned it on. Issue from a possible crash is possible.
