Strange gimbal

So ive turned on my Mavic, the gimbal is facing the completely wrong direction.....
have no idea how its ended up like this and have no idea how to get it back

Can I ask a few questions?

Have you flown it before?
Has it done this before?
Any crashes or forget to take off the gimbal lock?
Is it making a squealing noise?
Are you getting a gimbal overloaded or obstructed error message in DJI Go?
Where and when did you buy it and can you return it for a different one?

Where and when did you buy it and can you return it for a different one? I bought it from RC geeks, Received on the 21st, i have DJI refresh, would it be advisable to sent to dji or try and get a replacement via the retailer?

I would try to get it replaced by the retailer, that would be the shortest distance between 2 points. I would only use Refresh if it was you who caused the malfunction, but it's not.
