I had this warning issue today. Even with a shroud over my IPad Mini I couldn't see the check box required to be filled before answering "Yes". I was surprised to see the warning as I had used AirMap App before takeoff. It showed me clear of any airspace of issue (5.3 miles southwest of Silitz Bay Oregon airport).
