Mice vid. Dis you use auto exposure or fixed one?

For me, sunrises are always auto exposure with EV set at -0.3 or -0.7 depending on how it looks.
Sunsets are always fixed because if not, the camera compensates for it getting darker and darker by making it lighter and lighter.
