Supermoon

Yes, a 600mm lens on a DSLR, not a wide tiny sensor pinhole camera on a drone..you'll be disappointed with the results no matter how hard you try.

The "Super" Moon is nothing that anyone would particularly notice because it doesn't happen from one moment to the next, but over several weeks time. To give you an actual side by side comparison of a "Super" vs a "Normal" Moon taken at the same maximum elevation angle to eliminate any atmospheric magnification or distortion, check out this picture that I found some time ago on an astronomy forum.

Most modern digital cameras do an amazing job of setting their shooting parameters when shooting the Moon. use the SPOT metering mode and zoom in to eliminate as much of the dark sky as possible. Remember, the Moonlight is reflected Sunlight and is a lot brighter than you might think so you exposure and aperture settings are not hugely different from an overcast gray daytime shot..
